The Medford Teacher Equity Scholarship Fund (MTESF), a 501C3 charitable organization, aims to support graduating students of color who would like to pursue teaching as a career. The organization was created as an effort to elevate teaching as a profession, to support students as they go on to college, and to support future generations of students by supporting future teachers of color from Medford.
